Getting High At Night Finale

The Dark Ascents crew and I decided on a perfect way to end the "Getting High At Night" series. We arrived at the base of Turkey Vulture Tower around 11:30PM. After two landings or so, Dave Ascent had had his share and headed back down. James and I continued climbing until finally, 30-40 minutes later, we arrived at the summit of this monster cell tower. We fought the 30+mph winds and the radiating heat from the active cell tower just long enough to take in our view. We headed back down the the platform under the summit and stopped for a few photos. We made our descent, noticing headlights before we made it to the ground. We hurried to the bottom just in time to watch some dude with his lady friend pull their car over some 100 yards or so away from where we were parked. We didn't bother them, they didn't bother us. I figured while we were there, we might as well climb the adjacent building. After a few minutes of walking around, I found an access point and we ascended. Played around on the roof for a few and decided to take off shortly after dudeguy and his lady friend finished up and left. All in all, a wonderful climb and view, and an even better way to end the month.
